I am pleased to welcome you to the 44th Kuwait Advanced Head & Neck Surgery, Advanced Rhinology and Skull base Surgery, Workshop of Otology and Cochlear Implantable Hearing Aid device on 16th - 18th November, 2022 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Kuwait.

You’re all aware of the devastating impact COVID-19 has had, not only in terms of cases and deaths from the virus itself, but in terms of the ripple effect, with disruptions to health systems and services. In these times of crisis, we have not left behind the importance of Education & Innovation hence decided to host this very important Conference. We all understand the importance of Education and innovation in our day-to-day lives and the ways in which they are transforming the world.

I believe that by participating in this Conference, we are in the right place and the right time. Together let us accelerate the exchange of ideas and scaling-up of good practices. I encourage all of you to attend this Conference which will take place on 16th - 18th November, 2022.

Parallel to that protocols were created to manage advance surgeries such as cochlear implants and implantable hearing aids.

Chairman Message

It is with great pleasure that I welcome all of you to the "44th Kuwaiti Otorhinolaryngology Conference" & "Advanced Head & Neck Surgery, Advanced Rhinology & Skull base Surgery", which will be held from November 16th – 18th, 2022 at The Radisson Blu Hotel Kuwait.

There have been many recent exciting developments in the field of Rhinology & Otology, which we plan to examine and discuss in this conference. Our aim is to shed the light on these advancements. This three-day conference will provide a comprehensive update of the advances in these fields. Through both lectures and interactive workshops, the speakers will clarify the important issues surrounding assessment and management of these disorders.

This scientific activity will discuss important issues regarding the diagnosis and management of these common disorders. It will utilize and encourage the use of a multidisciplinary approach to educate clinicians about current and controversial disorders. In addition, it will provide an opportunity for healthcare providers to become familiar with the key elements of the updated guidelines and incorporate them into their clinical practice.
